Hans J. Pfisterer, Founder and CEO

Prior to founding NetHotels.com 1995, Mr. Pfisterer worked for several large hotel chains, examples of which are, the Hilton, Accor and the Austropa Hotels Austria - the hotel chain belonging to the "Österreichisches Verkehrsbüro", the largest Tourist Company in Austria. In 1989 he joint Austria On-Line as the Sales and Marketing Manager. Austria Online, a pre-internet hotel booking system for Austrian hotels was established by the Österreichisches Verkehrsbüro. Hans J. Pfisterer grew up in Vienna and graduated in 1983 with a Degree in Tourism from the Bad Ischl Tourist High School. Following 4 years of studies at the Economic University in Vienna, Mr. Pfisterer started working in the hotel industry. Mr. Pfisterer has extensive experience in identifying the needs of the hotel industry and building up a relationship between buyer and seller. As a former member of the Vienna Choir Boys he was elected to the board of the Vienna Choir Boys in 1997 and he also is a Member of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce since 1997. Mr. Pfisterer´s primary responsibilities at NetHotels.com will be formulating long-range strategy, participating in product development, managing the anticipated growth of the company and liaising between investors, customers, partners and suppliers. Mr Pfisterer together with his wife are the primary owners of NetHotels.com at present, holding the majority of the corporation's stock.

DI Brigitte Pfisterer, Founder

Mrs Pfisterer is responsible for the Information Technology Department of NetHotels.com. She technically invented and programmed the basic modules of the ReServer Software Technology, one of the success stories of NetHotels.com She is a graduate of the Technical University of Vienna in 1995 and has specialised in optical character recognition. After University Mrs Pfisterer was hired by Improx AG, the leading European OCR software producer. At Improx AG she was responsible for one of the OCR Software products and in addition managed one of the biggest clients of Improx AG. Mrs Pfisterer joined NetHotels.com at the end of 1997 after having programmed the prototype of the ReServer beside her work with Improx AG. She is responsible for research and development of the ReServer technology, and for recruiting the growing the IT team, which she leads.

DI Hans Wieser, CTO
Mr. Wieser joined NetHotels in August 1999. He has a varied background in IT development. After studies at the Technology University in Vienna he has been in charge for developing software at several firms (Ainedter Industrie Anlagen, University of Vienna and Improx.Mr. Wieser is responsible in general for developing the new software ReServer 3.0, especially for the SQL database.

Matthias Rathmayer, Business Development and Marketing Manager

Mr. Rathmayer has extensive experience in the hotel industry. He absolved the well known Gastronomical School in Vienna and worked for some of the largest hotel chains such as Radisson SAS, Accor or Queens Moat Houses. The last 2 years in his hotel carrier within the hotel group of the Österreichisches Verkehrsbüro, the Austria Trend Hotels&Resorts. There he was responsible for Reservations, Sales and Marketing and worked with NetHotels.com from the start as a client. He was hired in 1997 as a Regional Director for NetHotels Styria, the 4th licencee of NetHotels.com. After this he directly joined the Business Development team and now is responsible for the biggest destinations as well as for Marketing and, together with CEO Hans Jürgen Pfisterer, for Public Relations.

Walter Dietl, NetHotels Germany

After graduating from the college for catering and hotel management at HLF in Krems, Walter Dietl jioned the hotel marketing organization "Autriche Pro France" in Paris and learned how to market hotels and set up reservation systems. As a merketing manager of the Austrian National Tourist Boad in Paris he launched the minitel site "3615 Autriche" and thereby offered information for 12,000 Austrian accommodations. Later in germany, still with the National Tourist Office, in addition to his main activity of promoting Austria, he designed a planning and controlling software for Tourist Offices. Since 2000 Walter Dietl has been managing NetHotels Germany. His team provides German Tourist Offices with NetHotels ReServer Internet Reservation Technologys which is always on the cutting edge of reservation technology and has become on of the leading IRS Systems in Germany. For hotel bookings in Germany, his team provides a fast and efficient reservation service.
